What’s Included
We keep things simple.
- One horn per page — every page is focused and personal.
- Up to 10 photos — we’ll resize them if needed so they look their best.
- Unlimited text — tell your story, your specs, your history; write as much as you like.
- Private short URL — your own custom link to share or keep private.
- Hosting and upkeep — your page stays live for as long as your term is active.
Pricing
- $7.50 one-time setup fee — covers basic page build and getting you live on the server.
- $6.50 per month — billed monthly (two-month minimum).
- $5.50 per month — when you prepay six months or more.
- $7.50 refresh/setup fee — when you change photos and/or swap to a new horn.
- Small text or typo edits — always free.
- Don’t want to resize? We’ll handle photo resizing for a one-time $7.50 service fee.
Billing & Payments: All hosting is managed by GulfHost and billed through QuickBooks. We’ll set up your billing and send a secure QuickBooks invoice directly to your email. You’ll pay through QuickBooks using Intuit’s payment system. SellMyHorn.com and GulfHost never see or store your credit card information — all transactions are handled securely by QuickBooks and Intuit.
Photo Format Requirements
Use our image resizer to prepare photos in .JPG or .PNG, sized to 800 × 800 pixels (square) and under 500 KB each. If you choose not to resize, we can do it for you for a one-time $7.50 service fee.
Choose a Strong First Photo (Social Preview)
Social sites use your first image (001.jpg) as the preview. Make 001.jpg a clean, full-horn shot so your share link looks right.
- Use for 001.jpg: full horn in frame, centered, sharp, 800×800, even lighting.
- Avoid for 001.jpg: tight close-ups (mouthpiece/leadpipe/valves), crops that cut off the horn, dark or low-contrast photos.
How to Send Your Listing
Prepare photos with our image resizer so they’re optimized and in your chosen order. Email your listing text and attach the resizer ZIP. We’ll post your words exactly as submitted.
Seller Photo Workflow (uses our resizer)
- Go to https://sellmyhorn.com/resizer.html
- Click “Select Images” and choose your photos in the exact order you want them shown.
- If needed, reorder by removing and re-adding in your preferred sequence.
- Click “Resize & Number.” The tool outputs optimized files named 001, 002, 003… in your order.
- Download the ZIP file the resizer provides.
- Email your listing text plus the ZIP of photos.

Best Practices for Your Write-Up
Paste your text into an email or Word file—plain paragraphs are perfect. We’ll preserve your line breaks.
- Photos: up to 10 images, 800×800 (.JPG/.PNG).
- Suggested headings (optional): Story, Specs, Condition, What’s Included, Price/Location, Shipping Costs, Contact.
- Clarity beats length: short paragraphs read best on cell phones.
- Honesty helps you sell: mention any dings, rot, or repairs.
- Privacy: include only the contact info you’re comfortable sharing.
Page Names & Updates
Your page lives under your chosen page name — for example:
SellMyHorn.com/YourName
That page name stays yours for as long as your hosting is active. If you stop hosting, the name may later be reassigned. As long as your hosting stays current, you can update or replace your horn anytime — just remember that when new photos and a new horn are uploaded, a fresh setup fee applies.
